II. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in & late check-out charges:

• Early check-in before 9:00 AM: 50% of one night’s room rate
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM: 30% of one night’s room rate
• Late check-out from 3:00 PM to before 6:00 PM: 50% of one night’s room rate
• Late check-out after 6:00 PM: 100% of one night’s room rate

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and prior confirmation.

III. CHILD & EXTRA BED POLICY

• Up to 02 children under 6 years old staying in existing bedding with parents: Free of charge, including breakfast
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: VND 200,000 per child
• Children aged 12 years and above: Charged as adults at VND 300,000 per person
• Extra bed: VND 500,000 per person / bed / room
