All room and dining reservations must be sent directly to the Hotel Sales Department in written form via fax or email using the contact details below:

All guest information, arrival time, and other relevant details such as the rooming list must be provided to the hotel at least 05 days prior to the check-in date.

 

 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the Hotel Sales Department via email or fax.

If the cancellation does not comply with the deadline stated in the booking confirmation or if written notice is not received from Party B, the hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation charges as follows:

 

For Group Bookings of More Than 06 Rooms

•Cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters such as storms, floods, etc.):

→ 100% refund of room charges / deposit.

•20 days prior to arrival:

→ Free of charge and rescheduling subject to room availability.

•From 19 to 10 days prior to arrival:

→ 50% of total room charges / deposit.

•09 days prior to arrival:

→ 100% of total room charges / deposit.

•No-show:

→ 100% of total room charges.

 

For Group Bookings of Fewer Than 06 Rooms

•Cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters such as storms, floods, etc.):

→ 100% refund of room charges / deposit.

•14 days prior to arrival:

→ Free of charge and rescheduling subject to room availability.

•From 13 to 08 days prior to arrival:

→ 50% of total room charges / deposit.

•07 days prior to arrival:

→ 100% of total room charges / deposit.

•No-show:

→ 100% of total room charges.

 

 

In all cases of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total room cost according to the confirmed booking.

 

 

To guarantee the booking, Party B is required to pay a 50% deposit of the estimated total revenue to Party A prior to guest arrival.

The deposit deadline will be specified and confirmed by Party A in each individual booking confirmation.
